It must be painful and costly.  People who have facial surgery  or lipo-suction may have low self-esteem, lack confidence, and may be insecure. It is better to wear make-up because it adds color to the face. Exercise also makes  people feel and look better instead of having scars to the face and body. Facial surgery makes people believe that it would change their appearance, making them  think they are very beautiful. I believe this is psychological. People must feel good about themselves and must have confidence inside and out.
