I feel that I have improved on my math skills. My favourite experience was maybe learning fractions for the first time. I also really liked playing all the math games that we did. My favourite thing doing this whole year was painting pictures and colour wheels. I liked getting ideas from the French painter Monet. My favourite subject is art. I liked doing math on the Smartboard, as well as befuddle puzzles. I didn’t like so much doing centameters outside in the school yard. Watching the Peregrine falcons on the Smartboard was really amazing. Thank you Mme. Hammond for a good year!
The thing I liked the most that we did during the school year was the Silverwing and Community projects. I think that was fun. I did not like doing the truffle, crazy cakes etc. because I am not good at math and I just don’t find it interesting. I`ve gotten better at doing math so i`m enjoying a little bit more every time a get better. I also think I got a little bit better at punctuation and grammer. I like learning things in school, but i`m glad it`s almost summer vacation!
My year was really fun. And I liked all the musicals that we got to be in! And all the math and experiments we got to do. And now I only have three years left at this school and I’m gonna miss it. And I remember the first day of school, picture day, pizza lunch, all the field trips, and on the first day of grade 3 I was really scared and like I didn’t know any of the grade fours. And I’m gonna miss all the smart board activities. But most importantly I’m gonna miss all my friends during Summer Vacation. But me and my friends are gonna try to Shop Til’ We Drop during Summer Vacation! Next year i’m going into grade 4!
This year I learned how to do stuff. Like fractions. I think that I learnt a lot of stuff and am better at school. Gym is fun with Mr k. My favourite thing in gym is jungle gym. Because we play jungle gym. Gym is the funest activity in the whole school. I think that recesse is the second funest thing in the school.
I’ve learned how to do division better this year, the same with multiplication. This year I also learned better grammar. I think favourite experience of the year would be doing homework on the computer because you get to type stuff with out being at school on all the right type 3. I liked the field trip to Austin Manitoba. I liked this year also because I was involved in the 100th anniversary! That is awesome. Its awesome because your part of a Riverview 100th anniversary! This year I didn’t like the book buddies I got this year, only the grade 2’s knew how to read in French!
I liked doing smartboard activities, and I dident like doing the laps because it gets very tirering after you have to do laps with out stopping.I learned that you have to wash your hands and sing the abc, and I loved doing that because I learned something new.I did not like some of the math you gave me because some of it was tricky, but some of it was simple. The fractions were sometimes a little hard but it is pretty much simple. But I loved loved loved…the part when we get to watch movies a lot I loved loved loved loved loved…THAT!I pretty much liked all of the stuff this year well not all of it but lots of it.I did like book buddies a little bit but sometimes I don’t.
My favourite experience was probably when we did any kind of math. I think so because now, I’m pretty good at it. The things that I liked learning were math and reading. I also liked doing activities in French. I think I progressed in math and French reading. I think my spelling has progressed too. The project that was my favourite was my inquiry project. I don’t think it looks as good as we planned it to be, though.
I liked doing almost everything you gave us. I think the worst thing we did was the laps. Those where not fun. I think I learned a lot over the year. Being in grade four was fun. I can’t wait for grade five. Go riverview!!!!!
I liked doing gym with Mr.K I also liked doing math such as fractions with Mme.Hammond. I think the most funniest thing I did was math bingo. I didn’t really love music class as much as all the other subjects. I think from the start to the end of the year I have improved many things. The whole year was a big experience. I actually loved doing all of the work that mme. Hammond gave me even when it had rough spot sit was fun.I met a few friends and loved the whole year.
I liked all the multiplication and Writer’s Workshop!
I learned lots of fraction stuff and lots of writing skills.
I didn’t like grammar but it is helpful!
I really liked when we went to Austin.
I also thought that Readers Workshop was really fun but I didn’t really like all the editing we had to do. I think that we could have done more Writer’s Workshop!
I think I learned alot this year!
♥♥♥
I had a good year. I did not like doing laps. What I liked the most was math, are trip to fort white and gym. I also had a lot yesterday. I liked forth grade the best. I liked so much suff. I wish it was summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This year was my favourite year of all time! I learnt a lot this year. I liked doing Egypt, Bats, Times tables (x), Division, and all the other math this year. I also liked doing Monaë, and Shoes. I think I improved in math, reading and typing on the computer.
I know how I improved in reading because I read 3 Island books in 3 nights. (A Novel.) Mme Hommond made everything fun. I loved doing the Silverwing novel!
This year was really fun! I liked how much art we did! I loved doing the 100th Anniversary inquiry project.
This was one of my favourite years in school, it was fun!!! My favourite activity’s were Gym, Music, Computers and Math, I liked writing in English to! I did not really like French. I liked learning about bats and Egypt. This year I accomplished lots of goals like finishing a magic tree house book in a SINGLE day, and I think I improved at Math and Fractions. I thing you are the best teacher ever. RIVERVIEW ROCKS!!!!!!!
P.S. it would be nice if you could come back to Riverview for a visit some day Mme.
My favourite experience was the musical the grade five and six put on because it was really good! This year I liked being apart of the 100th anniversary because there where a lot of different activities and they where fun to watch and really fun to perform. I also liked to do the math sheets each Friday because I could see how much I improved each week. But there are some things I don’t like too I didn’t like doing laps and I didn’t like to do writing samples each month. This year I think I got a lot better at math and I learned a lot of new French words. I think I got a lot better at doing fractions and times tables.
I think that my favourite experience would be writing stuff on the blog because I’ve never had to actually write homework on the computer. I learned how to do my whole times table to 14 and I learned about abstract art! I liked doing our project for the 100th year anniversary. What I didn’t like was running laps even though its good for you. I love playing math games. But I don’t like doing math projects. I liked it when we watched tumble books, and I loved doing tumble books reflections. I liked it when we had math tests each Friday morning. I think I have progressed in math the most. Because last year I didn’t know how to do division that well but now I can do it pretty well. I have a trick for division too, that’s how I can do them good. I think my spelling has been going pretty good but for me its always a bit hard to choose what book to read. I think that the field trip to Austin MB was the best field trip I have ever been on and I learned a lot of stuff
My favourite experience was the 100th year anniversary because to be a part of some thing so special was really some thing. But out of the whole 100th anniversary was being 2 performs the choir and the loco-motion. I also really liked doing laps! I really loved learning about Math. I also really liked doing fractions and I don’t what the T.V is talking about because fractions are awesome! Do you know what’s really weird is that some think that fractions are so bad because that’s what they saw on T.V so once you talk about fractions they already don’t like them but I love them! I also really like times tables at home some times I do a times table of 16 ! I also really liked when we did math tests these were the best because they were always times! There’s an another thing I like to for the first time you wrote my name how it actually is spelled you did my name with an ! because it actually is spelled like this _ _ _ _ _! One thing I didn’t like was writing about tumble books. But the best part of this whole year was you as my teacher and the field to Austin that was the best field trip I ever went to!
