Tadpoles – Week 1 by RV005 and RV014

These are our tadpoles, we just got them after spring break. We know one of them has legs for sure,we don’t know about the others because they don’t really move, but we’ve looked at the tadpoles a lot and see that all of them probaly have legs. One of them likes the rocks. Les têtards sont verts foncé. Les têtards aiment bouger leurs bouches. Les têtards aiment nager mais souvent ils ne bougent pas! We would really like to see them turn into frogs! Mme says that they will not be bright green because they live in a lake and it is dark and swampy in that lake and there are thousands of species and they all look different.We hope they live for a week then we can name them. We would like to name them Freddy, Googles and Rosie.

that was very good rv005 and rv014. I realy like the names.
I think that the tadpoles have grown since yesterday. They love the rocks and I can watch them because I sit next to them.
It seems that one or two of the tadpoles move around alot, but the other one hardly move at all! The legs on the tadpoles are red and you can hardly see them at all. I think I would name them Ferddy, Bubbles and Googels. The tadpoles arent the most exiting pets but it will be neat to see them change into frogs, well I hope we have them for that long anyway.
I think that was really good. I like how you translated your message from English to French. I like having tadpoles as a class pet. I can’t wait for the tadpoles to turn into frogs.I hope the tadpoles don’t die. Because if they died we won’t see the tadpoles turn into frogs and that would be sad. I saw thousands of tadpoles at Victoria Beach last summer.

your very right RV005 and RV014.two of them barely move around.the other is very active,the one with the legs is the one I am talking about.I hope that they live a week to so we can name them.

I really hope that the tadpoles live to I would like to see them become frogs! I think that they like the rocks too, they always seem to sleep by the rocks. I like the names that you picked out for the tadpoles. Un de les tetards a un tete plus que l’autre tetards.
