Teachers in Winnipeg School Division are using interactive whiteboards with their students to foster learning and understanding in all curricula areas. They are seeing first hand its appeal to the variety of learning styles in their classrooms.
During the school year, teachers meet regularly to share and create learning experiences. This blog is a further opportunity for them to share with the global learning community.

Mark Your 2008-2009 Calendar
There will be a SMART Board Professional Learning Series offered in 2008-2009 which will be similar to the SMART Board Learning Community offered in previous years.  We have planned for six meeting dates. Teachers may attend all or some of the dates but funding will only be available for teachers to attend two of the dates.  This funding is limited and teachers will be asked to register to attend.  However teachers may attend more than 2 dates using school based funding.

The PSSP PD booklet is now online.  Download the application form and register for the SMART Board Learning Community in 2008-2009 (dates below) or SMART Board Basic sessions through Prince Charles.�
